Ambassadorship

Brief

After developing and deploying influencer projects for several Coty brands, the Max Factor brand team challenged us to take their influencer marketing and further increase local brand relevance within the mature beauty segment.

 

Approach

Storyboard developed an ambassador program that blurred the lines between online campaign and retail activation. After a thorough orientation, research and matchmaking process, we have initiated the brand’s first 360 ambassadorship with leading talent Quinty Trustful.
Based on the global campaign platform, we trans created local commercials to leverage Quinty Trustful as the new brand ambassador. In the year-long collaboration, the ambassadorship was brought to life in many ways, including in-store key visuals, an online tutorial series and give-aways. These storytelling projects were deployed on Max Factor’s social media channels, Quinty Trustful’s own media channels, as well as including key retailers within livestreams.

 

Results

Ultimately the ambassadorship reached millions of consumers in the Netherlands. Through consumer research we have compared ambassador campaign assets to regular campaign materials, resulting in a 20% brand uplift and a +12% purchase intent uplift.
